Cannot Open Folders with a Lock Sign: Windows 7 64 bit: Access Denied

Are you trying to open a folder that has a Lock Sign on it?

You get an error that say something like the following?
Location-Path is Not Available: Access Denied

In order to open/view such folders, you will need to do the following:

Right click on this folder and select Properties:
Now click on Security:
Then on Advanced:
Now click on Change Permissions:

Here you will see a list of permission entries: one of which will have a DENY type and the Name will be EVERYONE.

Simply click on this entry and then click on Remove. Now click on apply then ok and then ok again.

Now you will be able to open the folder.
