Elance Affiliate Program Commission Structure

The new and improved *Affiliate-Program [*AP] of Elance is working great : ) We finally can join EL *AP and can successfully track referrals and earnings.

Anyway, do you know how much money EL pay to their affiliate partners?

Referring Buyers:

Elance will pay fifty dollars if you refer a Buyer who joins EL and Post a job.

Please note that: you will only get the mentioned money if the buyer you refer, posts his first job.

You will earn 5 dollars when an old Buyer [who already has posted his first job] opens a new project.

I am not sure, but I think you will continue to earn $5 whenever the buyer you referred opens a new project.

I am pretty much sure that EL will not pay any money if you refer a Buyer who never opens a project.

Service Providers:

EL is now paying one dollar for referring *service-providers [*SP] [Some conditions are applied].

And when and if the *SP upgrade his membership from Free to Paid, then you will get one-time $5 Bonus.
