From which Country should I Hire a Freelancer?

Well it depends on your requirement… What is the work you want the freelancer to do?

Normally, freelancer’s country has nothing to do with the work that he can do for you. You can hire Any Person from Any Country.
As long as the hired person has good ratings, you can expect to receive quality services.

But in some cases, you may need to hire someone from a specific country.

For example: if you live in USA and you are writing some content about Indian Food or are making a site about this topic: then it will be a good idea to hire someone from India. Someone who can help you write good content.

Off course, Indians also live in other countries and it is ok to hire them too but the most preferable thing to do will be to hire someone from India. Someone who is good in writing content in English and knows about Indian food.

Another example can be Translation Jobs. If you want some content to be translated into Chinese then hiring an expert from China will be preferable.

Last example: if you need information about some country or city, maybe you need some pictures of buildings? In such case, you have to look for a freelancer that lives in this specific country/city. To ensure the authenticity of information you receive, it will be recommended that you hire someone from the specific country/city.

So unless you need some specific information [which can be well collected by someone from a specific country/city] [like the information I mentioned in above three examples],  it is 100% ok to hire ANY professional freelancer regardless of the country where he lives.
