Elance: Created an Online Job Posting but can’t view Proposals or Send Messages: Why?

Are you an Employer who has opened an online job at Elance?

Please note that the people who Seek online work are known as Contractor or Service Providers or Programmers: where the people who open these online jobs are called Employers or Buyers.

This article is for Employers:

Ok, so you are a New Employer and you want to hire someone from Elance to do a job for you right?

You already have opened a job posting at Elance but you are facing a problem: that is, you cannot view the Proposals that are submitted by contractors and you also don’t seem to have permissions to Contact these users too?

Don’t worry, you just need to do a small thing and everything will start to work : )

You simply have to enter Payment Source in your Elance Account.

Assume that you hire a user who completes the given job for you: now how will you pay him the promised money?

Via PayPal?

Or Credit card? etc

You have different options to pay the users: now Elance wants you to enter this information Before their site lets you see the submitted proposals. You will also be able to communicate with contractors once you add the Billing Information.
